Radiant Vision Systems B2B hardware and software metrology solutions for measuring luminance and illuminance of displays and illuminated components. Used by leading companies in consumer electronics, automotive, and lighting industries to make data-driven engineering decisions. Company Size: 150 people. Acquired by Konica Minolta in 2015.
Pivoted company to vertical-focused packaged solutions in AR/VR, HUD, and Automotive, drove product plan, development, and launch, resulting in 20% YOY growth in customer licences.
Decreased software release iteration timeline from 6 months to 2 months by implementing cross-functional product development process with Engineering, Testing, and Customer Support.
Drove hardware specification for second generation AR lens, collaborating with 15+ industry-leading companies across the US and China to build a consolidated, prioritized view of the market requirements.
Created technical content for sales collateral (scripted demos, customer presentations, training videos, FAQs), reducing average distributor sales onboarding time from 10 weeks to 4 weeks.

Led program to update library procedures for cold weather and Covid, including creating project plan, developing Volunteer communications, facilitating work parties, and overseeing budget (Fall 2020).

CORM - Council for Optical Radiation Measurement: Organization of industrial, academic and government professionals coming together to promote and advance the changing needs of industry in the development of physical standards, calibration services and inter-laboratory collaboration programs.
